Returns Policy:

At BritScents, customer satisfaction is important to us. 
We offer a 14-day return policy in line with UK consumer regulations.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and unopened  
• Products must be in original packaging  
• Proof of purchase is required

 

How to Request a Return:

To request a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.
